The Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur is actively involved in nature conservation in Luxembourg.

Our history
1982
The Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur was founded in 1982. For over 40 years, it has been committed to the protection of nature and the preservation of biodiversity in Luxembourg.
Our ambition
Our primary aim is to halt the loss of biodiversity by restoring existing biotopes.

Our supporters
Since 2008, the Foundation has benefited from the High Patronage of HRH the Grand Duke.

Our activities
The foundation has initiated, contributed to and participated in numerous large-scale projects and actions, such as: safeguarding the Oesling wetlands and valley bottoms, restoring the pearl mussel population, renaturating the Alzette at Schifflange, the action plan for high-stem orchards, nature protection at municipal level and many others.
